I am currently a Research Scientist at Sage Bionetworks in Seattle, WA.

I just completed a 5-year postdoc in the Fraenkel Lab in the Department of Biological Engineering at MIT. In this postdoc I closely with the Sharp lab to study the impact of microRNA changes on global mRNA expression.

In my free time I enjoy downhill skiing (I am a certified ski instructor and have also raced when I was in school), playing ultimate frisbee (formerly on competitive teams) and practicing yoga. I also enjoy hiking and reading when I can find the time.
